What You'll Do:

  • The incumbent is responsible in providing 1st level support for all incidents triggered by an alert/event from the monitoring system.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
  • Determine the best solutions based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel and ensuring that all details are accurate and thoroughly documented.
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree/ Diploma in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1 year working experience in IT service and support operations related role will be added advantage.
  • Knowledgeable and familiar with Microsoft Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, O365, Active Directory, ITIL, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
  • Possess basic understanding of network technologies involving LAN/WAN, firewall and proxy.
  • Proficiency in all three languages Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (read & write) is preferred due to the nature of the job.
  • 4 working days in a week. Able to work in 12 hours shifts (8am-8pm / 8pm-8am).
