Job Description

We are seeking Japanese-speaking Service Desk Analysts (JLPT N1/N2) with good English communication skills to provide first-line IT support. Fresh graduates are welcome.


Role Overview

You will handle technical issues ranging from software and hardware troubleshooting to user account management. The role involves logging and managing tickets, escalating incidents, and ensuring first-call resolution while maintaining high customer service standards.


Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot IT issues across PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Log and manage tickets via ServiceNow/BT systems
  • Escalate incidents and follow up with clients
  • Active Directory support and iOS troubleshooting
  • Install packaged software using remote tools (LogMeIn, WS1)
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain documentation
  • Work in rotational shifts covering 14 hours/day, Monday–Friday (14x5)


Requirements

  • JLPT N1/N2 proficiency in Japanese
  • Good command of English
  • Degree in IT or related field preferred
  • Knowledge of Windows 7/10, O365, Active_Directory
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow is an advantage
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
