We are seeking a motivated Service Desk Analyst who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team in Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in IT support or related fields. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our clients by resolving their technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-line support to end-users for IT-related issues via phone, email, or chat.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network services.
- Document all interactions in the service management tool for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as necessary.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment for new employees.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
- Basic understanding of IT support processes and ticketing systems.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
