We are seeking a motivated Service Desk Analyst who is fluent in Mandarin to join our team in Southeast Asia. This role is ideal for candidates with 0-2 years of experience in IT support or related fields. The successful candidate will provide exceptional service to our clients by resolving their technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to end-users for IT-related issues via phone, email, or chat.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network services.
  • Document all interactions in the service management tool for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as necessary.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment for new employees.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
  • Basic understanding of IT support processes and ticketing systems.
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common software applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
