Manage and support the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, including front desk operations and related services.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Administrative Tasks
- Greet and welcome external stakeholders (e.g., visitors, interviewees, suppliers) and provide necessary assistance.
- Handle general administrative duties, including managing internal work orders, answering phone calls, responding to emails, handling mail distribution, and maintaining office supplies (stationery and pantry inventory).
- Assist in managing office facilities to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
- Monitor periodic services such as pest control, vending machines, and other office-related services.
- Ensure proper operation of office equipment by coordinating preventive maintenance, arranging repairs, maintaining equipment inventory, and evaluating new equipment or techniques.
- Prepare work permit applications for suppliers and vendors when required.
Human Resources Support
- Prepare welcome kits for new employees.
- Actively participate in the coordination, planning, and execution of employee engagement events and activities.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
What You'll Need:
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma in any relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in receptionist or office administration is an added advantage.
- Good command of written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English (proficiency in Chinese is an added advantage).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to work independently with a high level of commitment, responsibility, and reliability.
- Pleasant appearance with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Resourceful, self-motivated, and a strong team player.
- Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
