Job Summary
You will help customers by recording, checking, and solving issues related to their products or applications. You'll gather information, analyze the problem, and either fix it or send it to the right team for help. You must make sure all cases are handled within the agreed time and service levels.
Responsibilities
- Answer customer calls and messages quickly and professionally.
- Record and check all customer details in the system.
- Solve customer issues using available tools and systems.
- Follow up with customers and give regular updates until the issue is fixed.
- Escalate issues to the right team when needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Requirement
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
- A good team player with clear communication skills.
- Flexible and willing to work on different shifts.
- Basic technical knowledge of hardware, software, and Microsoft systems.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
- Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred, especially in an international company.
