Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Service Engineer to install, maintain, and optimize automated bakery production lines, with a strong focus on industrial ovens. This role ensures stable production, accurate temperature control, and minimal downtime in continuous manufacturing environments. You will work closely with customers to deliver reliable performance and high product quality.

  • )Execute preventive and predictive maintenance for ovens and control system
  • sMonitor system performance (temperature stability, energy usage) and recommend improvement
  • sSupport process optimization (baking profiles, heat distribution, conveyor speeds
  • )Prepare service reports, maintain documentation, and update system record
  • sTrain customers on operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance best practice
  • sAct as the technical point of contact and build strong customer relationship
