Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Engineer located in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, field service, communication, technical support, and maintenance & repair tasks related to automated assembly processes and AI hardware infrastructure in manufacturing.

Qualifications

- Field service, maintenance, and repair skills  

- Strong communication abilities  

- Experience in providing technical support  

- Capability to work on-site and handle maintenance tasks  

- Knowledge of relevant equipment and systems  

- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills  

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field  

- Proficiency in English and Chinese is an advantage.
