Key Roles:
- Collaborate closely with the Field Service team to drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and achieve departmental goals.
- Provide technical support and effective solutions to dealers and customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Deliver comprehensive after-sales support, including maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement services for both existing and new customers.
- Support the overall management and daily operations of the service center to ensure targets are achieved and service initiatives are effectively implemented.
- Develop detailed work plans and ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and resources are prepared to support efficient service operations.
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in any Engineering discipline.
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Preferably possess knowledge or experience in HVAC.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Power Point and etc.
