Job Description

Key Roles:

  • Collaborate closely with the Field Service team to drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and achieve departmental goals.
  • Provide technical support and effective solutions to dealers and customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Deliver comprehensive after-sales support, including maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and replacement services for both existing and new customers.
  • Support the overall management and daily operations of the service center to ensure targets are achieved and service initiatives are effectively implemented.
  • Develop detailed work plans and ensure all necessary tools, equipment, and resources are prepared to support efficient service operations.

Essential Requirements:

  • Degree in any Engineering discipline.
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Preferably possess knowledge or experience in HVAC.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office, Power Point and etc.

  • Able to perform effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
  • Hardworking mindset with good organizational skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, outgoing, solution provider and sporting personality.
