Service Engineer

Responsibilities

1. On-site after-sales support and commissioning of LSS Solar Project

2. On-site after-sales support and commissioning on BESS project.

3. Maintain and plan for spare parts inventory in local market to ensure seamless and efficient after-sales service level local

4. Liaise with HQ independently to asssist client to find solution to issue happening at site

5. Provide technical support to sales team including but not limited to customer visit

6. Provide market requirement and product improvement suggestion to HQ

Qualifications

1. Have knowledge and on-site experience in PV Solar or BESS project.

2. Able to work independently and ability to troubleshoot issue at site

3. Able to work under pressure and have good communication skill with client

4. Willing to travel within the region and have driving license and own transportation

5. Able to communicate in English proficiently, ability to communicate in Mandarin is a plus
