Job Description

The Group is embarking on an aggressive expansion plan and is looking for an energetic and motivated individual to join the team as a Service Engineer for our Oil & Gas division. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality technical service solutions to clients across the industry.

Role Overview

You will play an important role in providing on-site after-sales support and technical services to assigned customers, ensuring equipment performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide on-site after-sales support to assigned customers.
  • Perform instrument preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Conduct troubleshooting, service, and repair of analytical equipment.
  • Support method development and optimization as required.
  • Deliver user training on equipment maintenance and method application.
  • Carry out all assigned jobs in accordance with established guidelines and SOPs — effectively, correctly, and thoroughly.
  • Submit detailed service reports within 24 hours of job completion.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree/Diploma in Engineering — Chemical, Mechanical, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of service experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Hands-on experience with analytical/chemistry equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
