Job Description

Your tasks

  • Ensure that servicing tasks are carried out in accordance with the Customers requirements. Tasks may include that equipment is returned to the original manufacturers specifications and that the latest specifications for hardware/firmware/software modifications are incorporated where appropriate.
  • Provide Technical Support for Customer servicing enquiries.
  • Provide progress reports on servicing tasks and ensure that any problems or delays are conveyed immediately to the Customer
  • Ensure all lab's instrument is calibrated prior the due date.
  • Ensure the lab Performance Test system with latest version software and well updated.
  • Ensure that any problems and delays are conveyed immediately to the customer.
  • To provide front line support to customer
  • To perform services in-house and on site
  • To maintain the lab's standard.
  • To perform diagnose and repair of Airborne radio equipment.
  • To support in MS ISO9001, IEC/ISO17025, EN/AS 9110.
  • To do preventive maintenance and troubleshooting on site, diagnose and repair of instrument.
  • Any other duties assigned from time to time..

Your Qualifications

  • Degree holders in engineering or equivalent.
  • Working experience at least two (2) years in servicing of Airborne Radio Equipment, Test & Measurement and Calibration field.
  • Knowledge in MS ISO9001, ISO/IEC 17025 and EN/AS9110 would be added advantages
