Responsibilities
- Deliver pre-sales product demonstrations and provide technical consultation to clients
- Install, commission, and maintain machinery at customer sites
- Conduct customer training on equipment operation and best practices
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair technical issues to minimize downtime
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the Sales Team
Requirements
- Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome (training provided)
- Strong problem-solving and hands-on technical skills
- Independent, responsible, and positive attitude
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Own transport and willing to travel
