Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Service Activities
- Perform assigned service activities efficiently, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Yokogawa products and systems, providing timely support to customers.
- Maintenance Tasks
- Conduct periodic maintenance on equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Perform shutdown maintenance activities, coordinating with customers to minimize operational disruptions.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure equipment longevity.
- Site Startup and Commissioning
- Manage site startup processes, ensuring all systems are properly installed and operational.
- Conduct commissioning activities, including testing and validation of systems to meet customer specifications and operational requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth transitions from project completion to operational status.
- Service Documentation
- Prepare and maintain accurate service documentation, including service reports, maintenance logs, and commissioning records.
- Ensure all documentation complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Provide feedback and insights for service improvement based on documentation and service experiences.
- Customer Interaction
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate technical support.
- Train customers on the operation and maintenance of Yokogawa products as needed.
- Other Activities
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of ISO 9001/45001/14001/27001 standards and company policies & procedures.
Education Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma in any discipline of Engineering
- Experience in making training presentation for customers
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to perform under pressure.
- Integrity and trustworthiness to ensure full compliance with company ethics
- Strong believer of team work with skills of influencing
- Possess own transport and willing to travel extensively
