Job Description: Service Executive (Automotive)
Key Responsibilities
• Attend to customers for vehicle service, explain service requirements, and provide professional advice.
• Prepare job orders, service quotations, and ensure accurate documentation before work begins.
• Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely and quality completion of service jobs.
• Update customers on service progress, additional repairs, and estimated completion time.
• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction and achieve CSI targets.
• Handle customer complaints and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure all service processes comply with company SOPs and manufacturer standards.
• Monitor service appointments and manage daily service schedule efficiently.
• Liaise with parts department to ensure availability of required parts for service jobs.
• Ensure proper vehicle inspection and accurate billing before delivery to customers.
• Maintain proper records of service history, customer information, and job completion.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Service Manager or superior.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Automotive or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in automotive service or customer service role.
• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic technical understanding of vehicles is an advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess valid driving license.
