Service Executive

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of working experience in the automotive service industry, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and service procedures.
• Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Customer-focused with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage workshop operations efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and service management systems.
• Other Requirements:
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Willing to work extended hours when required.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations of the service department to ensure smooth workflow.
• Supervise and guide service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve departmental targets.
• Ensure timely and quality completion of vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring excellent service and handling complaints effectively.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) such as service revenue, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement service process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with parts, sales, and warranty departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.
• Prepare regular reports and budgets for management review.
