Key Responsibilities:
- Support the achievement of revenue and profit targets.
- Implement business strategies to meet targets and reduce costs.
- Execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive aftersales revenue.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Manage and reduce overall costs to maintain profitability.
- Enforce compliance with aftersales policies and processes.
- Maintain a safe and healthy working environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with the Principal and suppliers.
- Effectively manage workshop operations and resources.
- Oversee parts purchase, inventory management, and disposal of aging parts.
- Manage procurement of workshop equipment and tools within budget.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction ratings and resolve customer feedback.
Requirements:
- Applicants based in Johor Bahru are preferred.
- Proven experience in aftersales or similar role in the automotive industry.
- Applicants with prior continental brand experience will be an added value.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategies to achieve business goals.
