Platform Management: Ensure the stable operation of our ServiceNow instance, including upgrades, patches, and performance optimization.
Configuration & Development: Configure and customize ServiceNow modules based on business needs, and develop related functionalities (e.g., workflows, scripts, reports).
Support & Training: Provide technical support and training to internal users, and create relevant documentation.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement platform enhancements to boost efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications
Extensive Experience: At least 1 year of ServiceNow administration or development experience.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ServiceNow platform architecture and development skills in JavaScript, GlideRecord, etc.
Certifications Preferred: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or related certifications are a plus.
Problem-Solver: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Collaborative: Strong communication and teamwork skills.
