Description
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, as well as a strong background in IT service management.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow applications, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionalities and integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members.
- Develop and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and integrations.
Skills and Qualifications
- 12-20 years of experience in ServiceNow development and administration.
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
- Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
- Familiarity with ITIL best practices and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
