Job Summary
SK Intellix Malaysia Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Service Operation Intern to support our daily operational activities. This internship provides valuable exposure to business operations, service management, process improvement initiatives, and operational performance reporting within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support daily business and service operations to ensure smooth workflow and service delivery.
- Monitor and track key operational performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate operational data for reporting purposes.
- Prepare operational reports and summaries for management review.
- Assist in managing customer feedback and ticketing systems, ensuring all issues are properly recorded, tracked, and followed up.
- Support after-sales operations and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of operational activities.
- Assist in project coordination, documentation, and process improvement initiatives.
- Perform administrative and operational duties as assigned by supervisors.
- Participate in ad-hoc assignments and business improvement projects.
Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or related fields.
- Internship experience in Manufacturing, Production, Operations, or related fields is an added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and attention to detail.
