About the Team:
We are looking for a new colleague in Service Team of Division Aftermarket at our location in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.
What you can look forward to as a Service Readiness and Network Development Manager, ASEAN:
- Implement Service Readiness Order process
- Assess and analyze the service capabilities of different countries in the territory, identify the gaps, and develop the plan to close the gap
- Execute and follow up OEMs field warranty and service cases and service concept
- Development of Dealers (Service partner), including setting capability goals, implement development plans, planning dealer network coverage footprint, etc.
- Competence development planning and execution for both external partners and internal stake holders
- Plan and execute industrial product & technical training program, monitor feedback and continuously optimization
- ZF system/portal content maintenance for service partner and pro-academy
Your Profile as a Service Readiness and Network Development Manager, ASEAN:
- At least 10 years of related working experience in construction equipment, engine or automotive aftermarket.
- Familiar with construction equipment, engine or related automotive industrial products.
- Excellent communication skills across internal and external stakeholders
- Strong project management skills
- Independent, self-motivated, initiative, strong drive for results.
- Fluent English, written and verbal
