Key Responsibilities (Short):
- Lead service sales concept development.
- Convert concepts into detailed technical & operational plans.
- Design solutions using customer requirements and operational data.
- Build strong customer relationships at tactical & strategic levels.
- Ensure accurate service pricing and margin targets.
- Act as a business advisor to secure follow-up contracts.
- Support innovation in service sales processes and tools.
- Travel within APAC (3040%).

- Strong analytical skills for complex logistics and service design.
- Proven service sales experience (4+ years), preferably in automated baggage handling systems.
- Ability to lead and coach Sales Engineers within bid teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Commercial acumen to influence pricing and design strategies.
- Experience in international, cross-functional environments.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% regionally.
