Job Description

Job Responsibilities

We are in search for a talent to take on the role as the Services Sales Key Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for developing Services business from existing End USER and competitor installed base. The role focuses on Malaysia Northern region customers, penetration of existing Installed base, brownfield project and white-space accounts, and promoting our offers across electrical and industrial equipment.

  1. Responsible for integrating all company services around customer needs and looks after assigned key customers and industry segments in Malaysia Northern Region.
  2. Responsible for creating and implementing specific plans.
  3. Works together with Service Operations, Projects and Business Unit sales in HQ.
  4. Ensures maximum awareness of our portfolio in the assigned market space.
  5. Actively manages his/her funnel up to order closure to assure a consistent and growing business. Helps define and/or initiates new services and strategies.
  6. Secures customer satisfaction overseeing all ongoing activities with the customer (orders, delivery etc)
  7. Utilizes BFO (Salesforce.com) for sales funnel management, account planning, performance and opportunity detection via Sales Cockpit.
  8. Provides monthly forecasts, using BFO, and summaries in a timely manner.
  9. Monitors margin to be at or above country thresholds. Uses DOA process to escalate opportunities below thresholds.
  10. Regular collaboration with Operational Marketing team for thorough understanding of country Installed Base.
  11. Coordinates and/or attends trade shows and marketing/sales seminars as and when needed.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar field.
  3. Having adequate Electrical Power Distribution systems experience is a must.
  4. Any experience in Automation (Drives & PLC) would be an added value for this role.
  5. Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with the customer. The concept of Customer Intimacy is critical in Field Services.
  6. Energetic, outgoing, proactive and have attention to prospecting and networking
  7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills including C-level customers
  8. Thorough knowledge of Schneider Electric services offers throughout the Asset Management Life Cycle of the product.
  9. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and ERP/CRM related tools. Excellent organizational skills.
  10. Ability to leverage technology for communications and managing own performance
