A growing technology solutions provider specializing in service support, managed services, maintenance contracts, and enterprise technology solutions for corporate, government-linked, and public sector customers. The organization focuses on long-term customer support, service reliability, and recurring business growth.

Role Overview

The Service Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and expanding the service sales portfolio, with focus on maintenance contracts, SLA-based support services, managed services, renewals, and after-sales solutions for enterprise, corporate, government, and GLC customers. The role requires strong business development, account management, proposal preparation, and customer engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute service sales strategies to grow maintenance contracts, support agreements, managed services, and recurring service revenue.
  • Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts, SLA-based service agreements, after-sales support packages, and managed service solutions to new and existing customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities, build a healthy service sales pipeline, and convert prospects into long-term service accounts.
  • Manage and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, enterprise customers, government agencies, and GLC accounts.
  • Conduct customer meetings, service presentations, solution briefings, and commercial discussions to position the company's service offerings effectively.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, service agreements, presentations, renewal documents, and commercial submissions independently.
  • Follow up closely on service enquiries, contract renewals, after-sales matters, and customer requirements to ensure timely closure.
  • Coordinate with technical, project, and service delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are practical, deliverable, and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by management, with focus on both new service sales and renewal business.
  • Monitor customer requirements, competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments to support sales planning.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, customer records, and activity tracking for management review.
  • Participate in meetings, roadshows, exhibitions, networking sessions, and customer engagement activities when required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in service sales, IT sales, technical solution sales, managed services, or maintenance contract sales.
  • Good understanding of AMC, SLA management, support services, IT infrastructure, hardware, software, or managed service environments.
  • Experience handling government, GLC, enterprise, or corporate accounts will be an added advantage.
  • Strong ability to prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and service-related commercial documents independently.
  • Proven capability in customer relationship management, negotiation, account development, and sales closing.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, sales reporting, pipeline management, and forecast tracking.
  • Strong communication, presentation, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, independent, and able to work in a fast-moving sales environment.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer meetings or business development activities when required.
