Service Technician

We are seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Service Technician.

The Role:

As a Service Technician, you will operate and maintain precision machines (manual & automated) for tool production and repair. Full training will be provided.

Job Type:

Full-time, Permanent

Starting Monthly Salary:

RM 1,900 to RM2,500 basic, commensurate with experience

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Report to the Supervisor.

Operate tungsten carbide grinding equipment.

Operate EDM for sharpening polycrystalline diamond tools.

Use inspection equipment for measuring: Optical comparator, Calipers, Micrometers, Dial indicator.

Clean and inspect tools before service.

Maintain a safe and clean work area.

Follow all work instructions and support teamwork across departments

The Successful Candidate Should:

Hands-on machine experience (grinders, lathes, etc.) preferred is preferred.

Previous EDM experience (Sodick, Vollmer etc) is an advantage.

Basic calculation skills, detail-oriented, safety-conscious

Punctual, dependable, team player

SPM & above (school leavers welcome).

Must be eligible to work in Malaysia.
