We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Architect / Technical Product Owner to join a global People & Culture Engineering team supporting one of the world's leading healthcare organizations. In this role, you will act as a trusted technical advisor, product advocate, and solution architect for the ServiceNow platform, with a strong focus on HR Service Delivery (HRSD). You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define product roadmaps, translate business needs into technical solutions, and drive platform innovation. The role combines architecture, technical leadership, product ownership, governance, and hands-on expertise to ensure the successful evolution of the ServiceNow ecosystem.
Your tasks
- Architecting and maintaining scalable ServiceNow HRSD solutions aligned with business and People & Culture objectives
- Collaborating with Business Product Owners and stakeholders to translating business requirements into technical designs and product roadmaps
- Designing and governing secure integrations using APIs, REST services, SSO, SAML, LDAP, and enterprise platforms
- Leading ServiceNow platform enhancements, upgrades, release planning, and implementation of architectural best practices
- Driving Agile delivery, technical assessments, proof-of-concepts, and solution reviews to support business growth
- Mentoring technical teams and ensuring compliance with governance, risk, security, audit, and documentation standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of ServiceNow experience, including strong hands-on expertise in ServiceNow HRSD
- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, administration, customization, and platform development
- Strong expertise in integrations, including APIs, REST, Web Services, SSO, SAML, LDAP, JDBC, and ODBC
- Hands-on experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, XML, and ServiceNow client/server-side scripting
- Practical experience with ITIL methodologies, Agile/Scrum frameworks, and technical product ownership
- Excellent English communication, stakeholder management, leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
