ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant

Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant to join our team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing and managing ServiceNow ITSM solutions, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow ITSM modules according to best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Provide technical expertise in ServiceNow platform and ITIL processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ServiceNow incidents and problems.
• Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality.
• Conduct training sessions for end-users and technical staff.

Skills and Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM implementation and administration.
• Strong understanding of ITIL framework and processes.
• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript) and development.
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change Management, and CMDB.
• Ability to create and manage ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams.
