Job Description

  • Lead multiple ServiceNow ITSM service implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to client requirements
  • Manage at least one full-cycle ITOM implementation, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow scripts, primarily using Javascript, to customize and optimize platform functionalities.
  • Implement ServiceNow integrations leveraging OOD Service Integration capabilities and Web Services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Apply Agile methodologies to manage project deliverables and support a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure secure and reliable platform performance by integrating LDAP, VPN, and SSL components.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to guarantee high-quality deliverables and system reliability.
  • Maintain working knowledge of the ServiceNow ecosystem, including common applications and integration approaches.

Skill Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 46 years of professional experience in ServiceNow solution implementation
  • Proven track record of leading ITSM ServiceNow implementation projects
  • Hands-on experience in ITOM implementation, including Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
  • Proficient in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow OOD Service Integration and Web Services.
  • Strong understanding of Agile project management methodologies.
  • Familiarity with LDAP, VPN, and SSL components.
  • Excellent problem-solving, testing, and debugging skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Knowledge of the ServiceNow applications ecosystem and integration techniques.
