Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Services Sales Executive to join our team at AEON Credit Service (M) Berhad. This on-site role, based in Puchong, involves driving sales growth through developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. Key responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, managing customer accounts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves conducting market research, providing excellent customer service, and participating in promotional activities to enhance brand awareness.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve targets and close deals effectively.
• Proficiency in customer service, account management, and relationship building with clients and partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer interactions professionally.
• Experience in market research, promotional activities, and sales strategy development.
• Basic knowledge of the financial services industry or relevant experience in sales or insurance is an added advantage.
• Proactive, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
