Role Description

We are seeking a Sewing Engineering Technician to support our garment manufacturing operations.

This role focuses on sewing process optimization, garment construction analysis, machine setting and modification, and technical support during development and production stages.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in sewing engineering or apparel production, with strong knowledge of sewing machines, garment construction, and customer quality requirements.

Qualifications

• Conduct garment construction studies for sewing template creation or modification to improve sewing efficiency and production flow
• Support development testing and mock-up execution during sample and pre-production stages
• Assist in sewing machinery modification and improvement to enhance productivity and process stability
• Support installation, setting, and basic maintenance of sewing machines and related equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve sewing machine and process-related issues during production
• Provide technical support during production changeovers, ensuring smooth transitions between styles
• Ensure machine settings and sewing processes comply with customer quality standards and production requirements
