Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial planning advice and recommend suitable Takaful solutions
- Build strong client relationships and developed customised financial proposals to understand clients unique needs and objectives
- Actively engage in marketing initiatives, networking and lead generation activities to expand client base
- Stay up-to-date with financial regulations, products, and market trends to provide clients with informed advice
- Educate clients on financial literacy, risk management and the importance of financial protection
- Participate in continuous training and professional development to enhance product knowledge and industry expertise
Requirements
- Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
- Fresh graduates and career switchers are encouraged to apply
- Experience in sales, banking, customer service or financial services is an advantage
- Possess strong communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
- Candidates with Takaful Basic Examination (TBE) certification have an added advantage
- Open to working within a Shariah-compliant framework
