Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SHE Coordinator, located in Selangor, Malaysia. The SHE Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, developing and implementing safety policies, conducting safety audits, and providing training to employees. The coordinator will also be involved in risk assessments, incident investigations, and promoting a safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Experience in developing and implementing safety policies and procedures
• Ability to conduct safety audits and risk assessments
• Skills in incident investigation and reporting
• Excellent communication and training skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
• Experience in the handling of scheduled wastes.
