SHE Officer

This is a full-time on-site role for a SHE (Safety, Health, and Environment) Officer located in Beranang. The SHE Officer will be responsible for ensuring the company&aposs compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations. Key tasks include conducting safety audits, implementing safety programs, managing health and safety training, investigating incidents, and promoting a culture of safety within the organization.

• Knowledge of Safety, Health, and Environmental regulations
• Experience in conducting safety audits and implementing safety programs
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct incident investigations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to train and educate staff on safety practices
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field
• Professional certifications such as NEBOSH, OSHA, or similar are a plus
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
