Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing and electrical repairs. Identify and troubleshoot problems related to equipment, systems, and infrastructure. Take necessary measures to repair or replace faulty components.
Receive work orders and coordinate work to fit schedule as assigned; Attend to fix the job order assign and send update to requestor
Repair electric motors, controllers and other auxiliary electrical devices
Install new wiring and electrical machinery; Isolate and repair defective circuits as required
Dismantle electrical machinery and break connections; replace defective parts; reassemble, and test for proper operation
M & E maintenance and repair - Dock leveler, roller shutters, scissor lift, platform lift and auto gates
Respond to emergency calls and maintenance requests and be the first line in trouble shooting and attending to problems
Repair, maintenance of all lightings & socket outlets - offices, production floor, garden, car-park
Repair Office furniture and relocation of cube (chairs, tables, cabinets, drawers, dust bins, etc).
Repair of dispensers, stoves, food warmers, chillers, Ice-m/cs, counters, tables, chairs, etc.
Maintenance & repair of decorations, signage & labels for doors, offices, production floor, garden, car parks, etc.
Painting & repair of building, roads, floors, walls, doors, ceilings & roofs including regular servicing of door closers
Service & repair of minor plumbing works, all basins & taps, pumps, storage tanks, piping, water dispensers, urinals, toilet WC & sanitary piping
Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular inspections and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure optimal functioning of building systems. This includes conducting regular checks on equipment, performing scheduled maintenance, and keeping maintenance records.
Daily Meter recordings and monitoring for M&E equipments, BAS system HT & LT system, generator, UPS, Data Center air cond, water and chiller and taking necessary and suitable corrective action required
Firefighting systems - regular testing, monitoring of fire alarms, fire pumps, storage tanks, sprinklers, hydrants & Fire
Regular checks of building defects through regular walkthrough, Identifying and taking suitable action to rectify building defects
Perform visual inspections for the detection of abnormal operation and correction of deficiencies.
Regular checks on DC center air conditioning system
Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and codes. Conduct safety inspections, identify potential hazards, and take necessary corrective actions. Maintain fire safety equipment, emergency systems, and participate in safety drills.
Issuance and tracking the DELL WORK PERMIT has complete the flows from beginning of the flows until return to EHS for cancellation
Quarterly ladder inspection with EHS
Hot works permit issuance and ensuring check and monitoring done as per FM Global permit guidelines.
Facilities Management: Assist in managing facilities operations, including coordinating with external service providers and vendors for repairs, maintenance, and inspections. Keep an inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment required for maintenance operations.
Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Respond to work orders and service requests related to facility maintenance issues. Diagnose problems, determine root causes, and propose effective solutions. Prioritize tasks based on urgency and potential impact on operations.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
A/V Equipments - PA system, projectors, video, repair & set-up for function such as Townhall and VIP presentations, decorations and etc.
Shift coverage and Standby coverage

Any Other jobs that may assigned from time to time
24 hours on call standby which regarding critical equipments on below system:
Power system interruption. (UPS, generator, switchboard, lighting trip anything related to electrical system)
Cooling system abnormal. (Crac unit, air conditional system any related to HVAC system)
Fire protection system abnormal. (FM200, CO2 system, Smoke and heat detection, fire extinguisher, VESDA and anything related to fire monitoring and protection system)
Water leaks detection system abnormal.
Any alarm or tripping from above mention.
Qualification
Diploma / Certificate in any Engineering or equivalent field
More than 5 years experience working in Facilities Management.
Fire fighting training and certification from fire department is a plus point
Must be able to work in rotation shift (12 hours/day).
Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
Chargeman (A0 / A1) and electrical work certification
