Shift Equipment Engineer

Job Description

Report to the equipment manager or senior management, to cooperate daily maintenance of machines, equipment and electro-mechanical systems to ensure system runs well with accordance with GMP regulations.

Assist equipment manager to draw up SOP for equipment, machine and electro-mechanical systems. To establish adjustment SOP if needed.

Install, maintain and test electric system and mechanical of equipment.

Analyze and draw reports the cause of equipment failures or material damage. Improve the machines performance and advice for upgrades.

Monthly stock keeping of spare parts.

Daily technician work, daily, weekly, monthly preventive maintenance execution.

Monthly report of summary of work and plans for the following month.

Keep data (history), track maintenance schedules and implement improvement project on cost saving and productivity.

Collect equipment information and confirm the integrity of electric information and file up in time. (MTTR and MTBF) and machine Utilization rate

Cooperate with internal audit and external audit regulations, ISO Standards, GMP, QFS, 5P. Ensure all equipment are running smoothly and be maintained according to requirements.

Responsible for his/her safety and others during operation.

Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/ Electronic/ Chemical/ Industrial/ Mechanical/ Mechatronic/ Electromechanical) or equivalent.

Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of Solar Manufacturing Processes and Equipment is an advantage

Candidate must willing to work in 12 hours, 4 on 2 off shift.

The working location is at Bandar Industri Bernilai Tinggi Serendah, Selangor.
