Shift Lead Engineer

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in in electrical, mechanical or technology related.
• At least 2 years of experience as a lead Shift Engineer
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint intermediate level. Able to communicate and written in English.
• Interesting in Data center facilities operations and maintenance for HV system, MV system, power generator, UPS, Chiller, Transformer, BMS, CPOS, DCIM and etc mission critical equipment.
• Self-driven, positive attitude, and team player.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and support Operations related activities
• Perform Alert Monitoring triggered from the monitoring system
• Perform first level troubleshooting, resolution and escalation based on predefined troubleshooting guide provided.
• Creation of Incident details using ticketing system provided.
• Any other duties or projects as assigned by the Management
• To execute emergency operations procedure (EOP)
• To support and response customer call, email, and chat.
• To monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activity
• Data center house rule and policy enforcement
• To support all kind of audit activity
• To monitor and evaluate DC facilities performance and efficiency
• To maintain Data center uptime and customer SLA
• Response to Service Desk and service portal.
