Lead and control all brewing processes in the shift.
Ensure execution of the plans and activities for the shift in order to secure supply to packaging section according to schedule production volumes, with desired quality.
Leads, monitors and embeds the TPM way of working Mind set change developed towards leading.
Supports and leads the implementation of the improvement activities towards World Class performance.
Ensures that all the work and activities are done in line with the quality standards.
Reviews and analyses all the data from the process together with the Operators Point and execute improvement activities.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification of Degree in the related field.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment with minimum 3 years in supervisory roles.
Good computer skills on Microsoft Words, Excel and Power Point.
Familiar with brewing manufacturing process and equipment technology.
Proficient in spoken written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong inter personal skills and able to work and interact effectively in a team based environment.
Versatile, organized, result oriented and enjoy the challenge of working in a competitive and fast paced environment.
