What You'll Do
- Assist in preparing shipping and delivery documentation.
- Coordinate with transporters, suppliers, and warehouse teams.
- Support shipment scheduling and delivery tracking activities.
- Maintain and update shipping records and inventory documentation.
- Assist in monitoring stock movement and logistics coordination.
- Gain exposure to import/export procedures and shipping compliance matters.
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Positive attitude, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with professionalism.
