Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle all import / export and air / sea shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
Handle customs permit declarations for import / export shipments.
Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and couriers to facilitate smooth shipment processes.
Identify and resolve logistical challenges while implementing cost-effective solutions.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, costs, and related documentation.
Work closely with internal teams to optimize supply chain operations and improve overall efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Diploma or higher qualification in Supply Chain Management or related fields with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
Proven expertise in import/export logistics and supply chain management.
Strong understanding of customs regulations and international shipping documentation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and within team-oriented environment
Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a higher-level position, with compensation adjusted accordingly.
