Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all import / export and air / sea shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery.
- Handle customs permit declarations for import / export shipments.
- Ensure adherence to international trade laws, customs regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and couriers to facilitate smooth shipment processes.
- Identify and resolve logistical challenges while implementing cost-effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of shipments, costs, and related documentation.
- Work closely with internal teams to optimize supply chain operations and improve overall efficiency.
- Diploma or higher qualification in Supply Chain Management or related fields with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven expertise in import/export logistics and supply chain management.
- Strong understanding of customs regulations and international shipping documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PDF tools.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work both independently and within team-oriented environment
- Candidates with extensive experience may be considered for a higher-level position, with compensation adjusted accordingly.
