Job Responsibilities/Duties

Sales Support: Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle returns or exchanges as per company policy.

Merchandising: Stock shelves, display products attractively, and ensure the store is tidy and presentable at all times.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, report shortages, and assist in inventory counts as needed.

Problem Solving: Address customer concerns professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.

Team Collaboration: Work with colleagues to meet sales targets and contribute to a positive team environment.

Other duties as deemed necessary.
