We're Hiring: Shopee E-Commerce Specialist (TikTok Focus Growth)

At Love Knot, one of Malaysia's fastest-growing fashion brands, we're looking for an E-Commerce Specialist who can take charge of our Shopee business and drive marketplace growth.

Shopee is one of our core channel, so we need someone who already has proven Shopee sales growth experience. At the same time, you'll also play a key role in helping us expand into TikTok Shop, testing strategies and finding new opportunities for scale.

What You'll Do

Own and grow sales on Shopee (primary) and TikTok (secondary).

Monitor and optimize Shopee Ads (and TikTok Ads) to maximize ROAS and profit.

Manage Shopee campaigns, promotions, and mega sale events to keep us ahead of competitors.

Recruit, engage, and manage Shopee affiliates to drive incremental sales.

Oversee Shopee livestreams from host recruitment to promotions and performance tracking.

Support TikTok marketplace penetration through campaigns, collaborations, and creative strategies.

Optimize product listings (content, SEO, images) for both Shopee & TikTok.

Track and report key performance metrics to identify opportunities and propose improvements.

What We're Looking For

25 years experience growing sales on Shopee (must-have).

Strong knowledge of Shopee Ads with a track record of profitable campaigns.

Familiarity with TikTok Shop management and willingness to experiment and scale TikTok.

Good understanding of e-commerce KPIs (traffic, CTR, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS).

Experience in Shopee affiliates and livestream management.

Analytical and data-driven with strong problem-solving skills.

Bonus: Fashion, beauty, or lifestyle category experience.
