Job Description:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building:
- Identify and acquire new offline merchants and partners for SPayLater.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis to tailor solutions to clients requirements.
Sales & Business Development:
- Drive sales of SPayLater from offline merchants.
- Develop strategies to grow offline merchant portfolios, increasing revenue generation and market share.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to drive offline campaigns and improve offline awareness.
Product Knowledge & Consultation:
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding SPayLater product, features, and best practices.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and new entries.
- Act as a consultant to advise clients on optimizing their business opportunities and ensuring they are utilizing the full range of our offerings.
Client Onboarding & Support:
- Oversee the seamless onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth implementation of SPayLater service.
- Provide ongoing support to resolve any issues and ensure continued satisfaction.
- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure that solutions are aligned with client needs.
Performance & Reporting:
- Monitor and report on client performance, transaction volumes, and revenue growth.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management on progress against sales targets and business objectives.
- Provide insights to enhance SPayLater product and improve service delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the payments or fintech industry.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients, managing relationships, and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of payment solutions, merchant services, and payment technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical skills to assess market trends and client needs.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve targets and contribute to the growth of the company.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance in relation to financial services.
- Experience with CRM software and sales management tools.
- Experience in the credit industry would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in English, Malay, and Chinese is advantageous.
