Role Overview

We are looking for a Short-Form Video Producer / Editor to join our team and help produce engaging, high-retention videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and social commerce platforms.

This role focuses on editing fast-paced, attention-grabbing videos designed to increase engagement, reach, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms

• Create engaging video pacing with strong hooks and high viewer retention

• Add subtitles, effects, transitions, and music to enhance storytelling

• Work with the marketing and content teams to execute video concepts

• Repurpose high-performing content across multiple platforms

• Maintain consistent editing style aligned with brand identity

• Support scaling of short-form content production

Requirements

• Experience editing short-form content for TikTok or Instagram Reels

• Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools

• Strong understanding of social media content pacing and storytelling

• Passion for content creation and digital media
