Job Description:
- The Signal Integrity & Power Integrity (SI/PI) Engineer is responsible for the design, verification, and optimization of high‑speed interconnects across IC package and board‑level architectures.
- In this role, you will collaborate closely with leading SI/PI experts, silicon architects, package engineers, and board design teams throughout the product pathfinding and development phases.
- Leveraging advanced electrical modeling and simulation, you will drive the optimization of FPGA electrical performance, ensuring our products achieve industry‑leading signal quality, robust power delivery, and best‑in‑class performance while maintaining cost‑effective design trade‑offs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant coursework in electromagnetics, circuit analysis, and signal processing.
- Basic understanding of signal integrity (SI) and power integrity (PI) principles.
- Familiarity with simulation tools such as SPICE or HFSS.
- Experience with PCB layout and design tools like Mentor or Cadence Allegro.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or MATLAB for scripting and automation.
- Ability to analyze and interpret simulation results.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve SI/PI issues.
- Demonstrated knowledge of AI concepts with an interest in developing practical application skills.
