SIT Test Manager

Description:

Test Manager JD 6 yrs relevant exp

Strong domain knowledge on Digital banking front ends applications

Experience in managing testing on Digital Banking platforms secured website for banking iOSAndroid Mobile Banking

Design SIT Test Plan and Review with Project stakeholders

Support to TPM to create overall project plan

Review SIT Test Case Manual and Automation

Ensure SIT Test coverage and prepare traceability matrix

Prepare SIT Test Execution plan

Implement test automation plan

Verify SIT environment setup

Coordinate for SIT test data setup and validation

Manage monitor and track SIT NFT Performance test execution as per test schedule

Ensure SIT NFT performance tests completion ontime and meet exit criteria

Report and Track SIT defects

Analyze prioritize and coordinate for defects fixing facilitate defect triage calls

Report and Track SIT defects facilitate defect triage calls

Develop daily weekly test status reports

Provide SIT inputs to Test Program Manager for Project Closure Review

Ensure SIT artefacts are stored in Test Repository correctly are auditable and reusable

Qualification and Skills Required

Proven working experience in test delivery or equivalent role with at least 6 years relevant experience in large and complex organizations preferably in Banking and Finance

Extensive experience in managing end to end test delivery

Proven experience in testing standards tools processes methodologies frameworks and various delivery methodologies eg Agile Hybrid Agile and Waterfall

Demonstrated success in developing highly effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver collaboration partnerships and services

Strong domain knowledge on digital banking front ends applications Experience in managing testing on Digital Banking platforms secured website for banking iOSAndroid Mobile Banking

Strong attention to details excellent analytical and problemsolving skills

Experience in managing multicultural diverse direct and virtual teams

Experience in various testing tool suites like Tosca Selenium JIRA will be an added advantage

Must display a high level of professional judgment commitment integrity and teamwork

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Any Testing or Quality Certifications will be an added advantage
