The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting the project manager and project team with scheduling, and construction supervision (KSK) efforts.
Fully based on site, your job description as follows:
Construction works:
- Read drawings, set out works
- Ensure work on site is according to drawings
- Calculate material quantities for ordering
Manage, liase with people:
- Manage foreign workers, subcontractors
- Produce site diary with worker timesheets
- Manage machinery suppliers
- Liase with Clients, Consultants and Main Contractors
- Attend site meetings
Construction Documentation:
- Get material samples for client's approval
- Calculate site measurements
- Ensure documentation for RFI, AI and EOT are complete
Requirements:
- 2 years experience in construction industry
- Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering
- Those without qualifications but relevant experience is encouraged to apply
- Willing to learn and hardworking
- Can handle pressure and tight deadlines
- Have own transport
- Will be stationed within Klang Valley
- Toll & Petrol card will be provided
