Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and diligent Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) certified Site Operations Executive / Supervisor (Civil & Structural) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to collaborate with electrical engineers on civil works, supervise manual labor, and actively contribute to hands-on construction activities. The ideal candidate will hold an SKM in civil engineering, construction, architecture, or an equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with electrical engineers to plan and execute civil works associated with electrical projects.
- Supervise and lead manual labor teams, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications.
- Perform hands-on construction tasks as required, demonstrating expertise in civil engineering techniques.
- Oversee the quality of civil works, ensuring they meet industry standards and project requirements.
- Provide technical support to electrical engineers in the design and execution of civil engineering aspects of projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to develop project timelines, resource plans, and budget estimates for civil engineering components.
- Conduct regular inspections and assessments to identify and address potential issues, ensuring project timelines are met.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in all civil engineering activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, drawings, and specifications.
Job Requirements
- Possessed SKM Level 3 or higher in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture or an equivalent qualification.
- Ideal candidate has proven experience in civil engineering and construction, with a focus on electrical projects.
- Strong understanding of construction principles, methods, and materials.
- Ability to supervise manual labor teams effectively.
- Hands-on experience in civil engineering tasks, such as excavation, foundation construction, and concrete work.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
