Job description

• Responsible for managing and maintaining Service Level Objectives (SLOs), Service Level Indicators (SLIs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Implement and maintain observability and monitoring solutions, with a preference for experience using Grafana.
• Handle incident response management, including timely resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
• Possess hands-on experience working with AWS services to support and manage cloud-based infrastructure.
