Site Reliability Engineer - Kubernetes - Microservices - Immediate

Job Description

• Implement, operate, and optimize microservices on Kubernetes-based cloud platforms.

• Collaborate with Development and DevOps teams to deploy and maintain cloud applications.

• Monitor system performance, conduct load and chaos testing, and ensure platform reliability.

• Build and maintain observability solutions across AWS, Azure, GCP, and OCI environments.

• Develop automation scripts using Python, Go, Bash, or similar scripting languages.

• Support disaster recovery planning, incident response, root cause analysis, and production issue resolution.

• Optimize cloud infrastructure resources, including CPU, memory, auto-scaling, and container performance.

• Define and monitor service KPIs (SLA, SLO, and SLI) while maintaining technical documentation.

• Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices, including ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.

• Mentor junior engineers, participate in on-call support rotation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), DevOps, or Cloud Operations.

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, microservices, and public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, or OCI).

• Proficient in scripting/programming languages such as Python, Go, Bash, Java, or PowerShell.

• Strong knowledge of cloud security, networking, identity & access management, and compliance frameworks.

• Experience with monitoring, observability, incident management, and disaster recovery.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Relevant cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or GCP) will be an added advantage.
