Manage and maintain all EHS-related documentation, records, permits, compliance submissions, and audit preparation materials;
Support the EHS team in ensuring all safety documentation, training records, incident reports, and regulatory submissions are accurate, up to date, and fully compliant with client requirements, ISO standards, and legal regulations;
Prepare and process site access / badge applications, CIDB registrations, work permits, training validity checks, and other site entry requirements for all project personnel;
Maintain and update master files for all EHS documents, including Risk Assessments, Permit-to-Work (PTW), Toolbox Meeting (TBM) records, training records, Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and related documents;
Support the preparation, submission, and tracking of PTW applications and their validity; initiate renewals and approvals prior to expiry;
Assist the EHS team in organizing safety campaigns, daily/weekly/monthly inspections, training sessions, and toolbox meetings;
Prepare and update EHS reports, tracking logs, signage, and safety communication materials.
Assist with any additional tasks related to EHS compliance, documentation, and site safety administration;
Undertake any other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
Requirement
SPM, Certificate or Diploma in EHS, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Business Admin, or related field;
12 years of working experience (administrative or site/project experience is an advantage);
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Good organizational skills and attention to detail;
Able to follow instructions and work under fast-paced project schedules;
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple teams.
