One of largest and oldest construction and engineering company is seeking a
Site Safety Supervisor to join the team. This role involves responsible for overseeing site safety compliance, conducting inspections and toolbox talks, managing permits and risk assessments, investigating incidents, and ensuring a safe working environment for all personnel.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct daily site safety inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Lead toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers and subcontractors.
- Monitor high-risk activities and ensure proper use of PPE and work permits.
- Investigate safety incidents, near misses, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare safety reports and maintain HSE documentation for management and clients.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of site safety supervision experience in construction projects.
- Possess a valid Yellow Book (SSS) certification.
- Good knowledge of OSHA regulations, HIRARC, and permit-to-work systems.
- Experience conducting site inspections, toolbox talks, and safety audits.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with contractors, workers, and project stakeholders.
